DQ Stopper & Cap Processing System

The DQ series washing machine is a non-pressure vessel equipment used for cleaning and drying rubber stoppers and aluminum caps. It automatically seals and discharges materials and has a patented rear door structure. The products include DQXL series, DQXT series (with vacuum, electric heating and drying functions) rubber plug cleaning machines, and DQXI series aluminum cover cleaning machines.

Main Features

Manual feeding, washing, sampling, (siliconizing), drying, cooling, automatic discharging for spiral reversal and CIP.
